The term 'virgin' means the oil is extracted exclusively through mechanical means, without chemical refining, bleaching, or deodorizing. Virgin oils retain their authentic taste, aroma and nutritional profile, making virgin peanut oil a great addition to your cooking. The end result is a pure, golden and aromatic cooking oil.
