Earthnutz was designed with dietitians because we wanted to create a snack that was hand-on-heart good for you.
A snack designed for people who want to feel better through food.
We know that there are certain food groups and nutrients that we all need in our diet. The British Dietetics Association recommends the following essential food groups:

Dairy or non-dairy alternatives
To be truly good for you, we’d need to be hitting the right numbers on these major food groups, so that you don't feel it's a constant trade-off between salt, sugar, fats and carbs.
Each can of Earthnutz gives you:

14 -16g protein - 30% of your recommended daily allowance (RDA)

5g fibre - 17% of your RDA

3-5g carbohydrates - less than 2% of your RDA

5g unsaturated fat - 7% of your RDA
For those of you who don't know, 5g of fibre is equivalent to 1.5 slices of wholemeal bread. So it's really good for your gut.
There’s 35% less fat and 80% less carbs than regular potato crisps, making Earthnutz a fantastic upgrade from regular crisps.*
And there’s 14 -15 different types of vitamins and minerals in every can, often in doses that are comparable with supplements.
